David Esler is the Director of Kaizen Executive. With over 25 years experience at a senior management level, David delivers high quality recruitment solutions that are tailored to meet the needs of individuals and corporations alike. David also provides management consulting services in sales force effectiveness, sales excellence training, performance management and customer and market strategies. In addition, he is an accredited strategic partner of the fastest growing, most globally advanced supplier of pre and post employment profile assessments and skills testing – Peoplogica.

David has been associated with the building & construction industry for over 25 years. His professional experience includes:

  • Sales, Marketing and National Management positions at a senior level with companies such as Boral Limited, Crane Group and Capral Limited.
  • Recruitment and selection of over 150 positions within the building and construction sector.
  • Sales training, mentoring and personal coaching of over 350 individuals; either one on one or in group sessions.
  • Completion of over 400 Job Profile Assessments, including the development of specific industry benchmarks.

David’s experience is both national and international, with his industry experience focused particularly on the fenestration, building and construction sector, although assignments have extended into automotive and engineering disciplines.

David has been admitted to the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Commercial Law (MCL) through Deakin University. He also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as well as a Certificate in Recruitment and Selection through NMIT. He is also an Accredited Professional through the RCSA.
